Bacon — it's so delicious that you can pretty much wrap anything inside it and get a smorgasbord of heaven on a toothpick. There are many filler option to consider, they ALL WORK !

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C.
In a small bowl, stir the lime zest, lime juice, oil and chili powder to make a paste and coat the shrimp in the chili-lime mixture
Cut each piece of bacon in half and wrap the coated shrimp in the bacon slices and secure the bacon with toothpicks.
Place the bacon wrapped shrimp in a broiling pan lined with aluminum foil and cover with the remaining chili-lime mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
